REMEMBER TODAY IS
YESTERDAY'S TOMORROW
Tomorrow Tomorrow and
Tomorrow
That is what we always
say
Without realizing to our
Sorrow
That Today is
yesterday's Tomorrow.
Due now, for all the
promises We made.
I had a
friend, Duncan I loved him dearly.
my comrade in arms
during the War
Time passed, many years
later he asked to see me
My work had caused me to
say, Tomorrow
When I finally called it
was too late.
Bitter tears have I
shed, agony and sorrow.
Time I learned you
cannot borrow,
Yesterday I cast aside
all my Tomorrows,
and have made a vow to
myself, and others
That for me all Life's
duties are for Today.
"Dedicated to
Duncan, a good and faithful friend,
I arrived too late to
say goodbye."
